Halen is a user-friendly “Super-App” anchored by a franchise business model.

The Halen super-app offers multiple services in a $1.5 trillion immediately addressable market; Merging rideshare, vacation rental, flight booking, grocery, food, and retail delivery into the one-stop-shop app.
CTO Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business objectives and is scalable, reliable, and secure.
Manage and optimize the company's technical resources, including staffing, software, hardware, and infrastructure, to ensure that they are being used effectively and efficiently.
Work with other executives to identify opportunities for innovation and new technology solutions, and evaluate the feasibility and impact of these solutions on the business.
Lead the engineering team in developing and deploying high-quality software products and solutions, ensuring that they meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards.
Analyze and evaluate technical data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that the company is in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security regulations.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar executive leadership role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead an effective technical team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and evaluate technical data and metrics, with a deep understanding of software engineering and technology.
- Experience in developing and implementing technical strategies and roadmaps, with a focus on driving innovation and growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and will include a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, equity options, and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and vacation time.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $163,969.00 - $183,498.00 per year
