We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Trainee Client Support Administrator. The role will report to the Head of the Client Support Services Team TFS CI COO.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy team which is at the centre of all operational and transactional activity within HSBC’s Trust operation in Jersey and gain a great understanding of Trust Company Business whilst working for one of the world’s largest and most stable financial institutions. Full training will be provided.
In this role, you will have:
- Support the delivery of key tasks including account opening, maintenance of client data records, and appointment of Third Party Service Providers and Associated Persons.
- Work with other departments to facilitate delivery of administration service to clients
- Support with preparation of minutes/ resolutions/ other related documents/payments/distributions of a non-complex nature
- Observe and reinforce internal control policies and procedures and statutory guidelines as applicable to the role
- Assist in ad hoc projects
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Work experience in the finance sector is an advantage
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Fast learner with a positive attitude
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
