- Location: Chorley, Lancashire
- Salary: Up to £28,000 p.a. dependant on experience
- Hours: 40 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)
- Hybrid Working: 2 x days office & 3 x days home
About the role:
This role is to oversee all design work, prioritising work load for the design team and executing the creative (visual) output fulfilling brand guidelines across all channels for the brands within the portfolio.

What you will be doing:
- Creating, developing and delivering artwork for printed materials, mainly for direct mail, press adverts and events.
- Producing assets for digital channels including emails, web, and social media
- Being the creative lead within the marketing team, contributing with new ideas and creative solutions
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to design campaign creatives
- Follow the brand and design guidelines in place for each brand within the portfolio.
- Follow testing strategy by executing campaigns and recording results to facilitate decision-making regarding template amends/improvement.
- Keep abreast of the market and product developments to ensure suppliers have key messages and focusses appropriately communicated.
- Ensure work is produced in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines and managing workloads and priorities across the design function.
- Assist external suppliers in their creation of collateral to ensure it is on-brand.
- Work with the broader Marketing and Product departments to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Any other reasonable requested task within skill set.
