As the CRM specialist you will support the CRM Senior Manager with running the Microsoft Dynamics system. The role is responsible for executing, documenting and managing the processes related to implementing and maintaining functional configurations of the CRM platform, testing, training and facilitating solutions to any problem that arises with the application. Working with CRM Senior Manager, you will support implementation of technical solutions.
What you do:
- Interact with business functional users and executives to understand business requirements,
- Participates in migration and release management processes and is able to perform other Dynamics system admin duties as needed.
- Manage Dynamics configuration which the CRM Sr Manager request including (but not limited to): Page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Management of integration applications and third-party packages within Dynamics
Who you are:
- 2-3+ years’ experience in Administrating MS Dynamics (or Salesforce)
- BA, BS or equivalent
- Experience with databases, ideally relational databases, is preferable.
- Project management experience
- Designing scalable, best practice solutions
- Training end users and key stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Excel is required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Quick learner who is detail oriented and dependable
