THE ROLE
Provide project management support services to complex customer contracts. This includes providing a mature set of services, including governance, reporting, risk and issue, dependency and obligation management. You’ll help reduce risk to BT, ensure successful delivery, improve customer satisfaction and support senior Programme & Project managers.
Your core duties include:
- Work closely with project managers to ensure reporting deadlines are met and documents correctly updated
- Schedule resources in line with agreed plans
- Use reporting tools to provide commercial reporting
- Track progress & quality of work performed by project team using scheduling/control tools
- Provide guidance/escalation point to newer members of the team
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- You have worked in a project or service management environment
- Good knowledge of PMO role and responsibilities
- You can engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Managing key relationships
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
