FLEXIBLE WORKING
BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.

THE ROLE
Provide project management support services to complex customer contracts. This includes providing a mature set of services, including governance, reporting, risk and issue, dependency and obligation management. You’ll help reduce risk to BT, ensure successful delivery, improve customer satisfaction and support senior Programme & Project managers.

Your core duties include:

Work closely with project managers to ensure reporting deadlines are met and documents correctly updated
Schedule resources in line with agreed plans
Use reporting tools to provide commercial reporting
Track progress & quality of work performed by project team using scheduling/control tools
Provide guidance/escalation point to newer members of the team

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You have worked in a project or service management environment
Good knowledge of PMO role and responsibilities
You can engage with stakeholders at various levels
Managing key relationships
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
