Are you passionate about Film Photography and creating content that grows communities? We are looking for a creative Community and Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. You will be based at Analogue Wonderland’s offices in High Wycombe
The Company
Analogue Wonderland is a family-run and independent UK online retailer specialising in photographic film. We have pulled together a wide range of films, developing chemicals, cameras and more - with the goal of making film photography fun and accessible for everyone.
The Role
Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for growing our digital presence and engagement, as well as expanding and improving our in-person events.
You will lead the planning, managing and executing Analogue Wonderland’s social media and content strategy. You will work across various platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. You will also be responsible for creating compelling and engaging longform written content - articles, blog posts, and pages - that help to educate and inspire our film community.
You will play an important role in supporting the wider marketing team on the delivery of day-to-day activities, elevating our online presence, organising and running in-person events and photowalks, and being the ‘voice’ of Analogue Wonderland within the film community. You'll work closely with teams across the business, including the two labs; Analogue WonderLab and SilverPan Lab, to create content that drives action and inspires the film photography community.
Day-To-Day:
- Developing and implementing organic social media campaigns, and supporting the Marketing Manager on paid campaigns.
- Overseeing the day-to-day conversations on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Creating, scheduling and publishing interesting, repurposable and impactful content for social media, Short and Long Form Videos, and articles as required to deliver our business goals
- Working with our Marketing Manager to ensure all content is on brand
- Regularly reporting on key social media analytics and providing feedback on channel performance.
- Working with the wider team to execute campaigns that are aligned with Analogue Wonderland’s commercial goals ie. Product Sales, Subscriptions, Events.
- Full social media coverage at key industry events; Analogue Spotlight, The Photography Show
- Visiting SilverPan Film Lab to capture videos, photos, and other bits of useful content.
- Identifying new and emerging social media channels and trends in the UK, and incorporating them into the live strategy.
- Hosting Photowalks and Workshops around the UK for various community segments. Ie Club AW
- Travel across the UK is required. You should be expected to be on the road for a minimum of 2 days per month. Cost of travel will be fully covered.

- Knowledge of working with Later, Klaviyo, Blogging Platforms (preferred)
- Engaging presence in front of the camera for effective communication via video
Desired experience:
- 1-2 years social media experience in a B2C or Ecommerce Business
- A track-record of successfully managing and building social media accounts
- Knowledge of social media analytics and best practices
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Copywriting and content writing experience (links in your cover letter are appreciated)
- Good knowledge of organic social media advertising.
- Ability to create designed content, with experience of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic Video Editing experience; FCP, Canva, CapCut (or other editing software)
