Overview:

Energy Resourcing are currently recruiting for a CRM Administrator to join their client's project delivery team in Wilton on a 12-month contract basis.
Alternative home locations will be considered alongside a willingness to visit the Wilton area.

The CRM Administrator will provide Contract Administration support by monitoring the client's contracting activities through monitoring and reporting of Customer Business Management Systems.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility for the successful implementation and use of the clients standard Contract Management System (AVEVA CRM) at a project level, interfacing with the Contract Manager, global systems specialists and other functional stakeholders to:

Define project-specific CRM system functionality, interfaces, templates and workflows.
Manage CRM set-up, interfacing, testing and training for the project.
Clearly document project-specific system work processes.
Provide first level system support and administration, managing upward escalation and resolution of systems issues as necessary.
Provide contract administration support to the allocated project(s).
Support Contract Manager and contracts team in the administration, in all aspects, of all Construction and Engineering Contractors during the Pre-contract and Post- Contract Administration activities.

Qualifications:

Ability to track and manage CRM input across Supply Chain / Contract activities for the project, to allow for accurate reporting back to the business.
Understanding of contractual/legal terminology and experience of supporting a commercial contract administration function within a multi-functional organisation/project environment.
Prior experience with AVEVA CRM or similar Contract Management System system.
