Job description
Alternative home locations will be considered alongside a willingness to visit the Wilton area.
The CRM Administrator will provide Contract Administration support by monitoring the client's contracting activities through monitoring and reporting of Customer Business Management Systems.
- Define project-specific CRM system functionality, interfaces, templates and workflows.
- Manage CRM set-up, interfacing, testing and training for the project.
- Clearly document project-specific system work processes.
- Provide first level system support and administration, managing upward escalation and resolution of systems issues as necessary.
- Provide contract administration support to the allocated project(s).
- Support Contract Manager and contracts team in the administration, in all aspects, of all Construction and Engineering Contractors during the Pre-contract and Post- Contract Administration activities.
- Ability to track and manage CRM input across Supply Chain / Contract activities for the project, to allow for accurate reporting back to the business.
- Understanding of contractual/legal terminology and experience of supporting a commercial contract administration function within a multi-functional organisation/project environment.
- Prior experience with AVEVA CRM or similar Contract Management System system.
