Integr8 Fuels is one of the fastest growing bunker trader/brokers in the market. Established in early 2011, the company has enjoyed significant success, both with suppliers and customers. Integr8 acts as exclusive trader to the Navig8 Fleet, and has close relationships with a number of blue chip shipping companies. Its hybrid model of trader / end user gives the company an advantage over its peers at the time of developing relationships with suppliers and end users.
CRM Administrator Role:
This is a growth role, providing the opportunity for a relationship driven individual with strong administrative capability to manage the Integr8 internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System- Hubspot. With approximately 70 traders globally, Hubspot enables Integr8 to manage interactions with customers through a streamlined and process driven approach. It assists with the management, maintenance, and development of existing and new customers, enabling traders to focus on the sales aspect of their role.
The role requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills to establish, maintain and develop trusting relationship internally with traders, with the ability to influence them and provide conflict resolution in the event of client ownership clashes. The role will also involve understanding and maintaining the administrative capabilities of the system, supporting and advising traders on how to use it effectively and identifying areas for improvements within the process.
Purpose of the role:
To act as representative and business expert of Hubspot.
To assist the sales trading function through establishing strong internal relationships with the traders and providing conflict resolution.
To provide administrative support and data management of Hubspot.
Summary of responsibilities:
- Build strong and trusting relationships with traders, with the ability to influence and train them on how to effectively use the CRM system.
- Regularly communicate with the trading team and understand motivation behind approaching a lead, ensure data accuracy, resolve conflicts, and maintain best practices.
- Exercise judgement call to decide which trader should approach a lead.
- Identify and raise areas of concern to senior managers with regards to sales management and ownership of client conflict resolution between traders.
- Market research on leads and existing customers.
- Diligently manage the data and inputs of Integr8’s trading system.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer data in CRM (Hubspot).
- Add new entries into the CRM system (companies, contacts, deals), manage existing entries, keep the data tidy and free of duplicates.
Skills and experience:
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of CRM users and build effective communication with traders.
- Strong communication and listening skills to develop and maintain trusting relationships with traders internally and have the ability to influence them.
- Strong mediating and conflict resolution skills to resolve disagreement where it may arise between traders.
- Strong adaptability skills to relate to different stakeholders and situations to achieve a desired outcome.
- Experience and understanding of CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
- CRM/Database administration skills and data management capability.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry as well as to escalate or fix issues where relevant.
- Background in maritime shipping industry (preferable). Open to other industry backgrounds.
