Your role
Are you passionate for Digital Assets and Blockchain? We’re looking for a Senior Digital Asset Initiative Lead for Tokenization to:
- drive group-wide tokenization efforts as part of the Digital Assets Center of Excellence, as part of our digital asset initiative, managing and overseeing inter-linked projects based on tangible OKRs
- oversee tokenization initiatives across UBS (planning, execution, quality, cost, RAID mgt, comms, client satisfaction, internal/external stakeholder interactions)
- support the definition and implementation of required group-wide capabilities (incl. vendors, partnerships)
- proactively initiate strategic projects and ensure market, tech and regulatory intelligence for tokenization
- collaborate with the Digital Asset tech team to provide advice on tokenization initiatives across the Group
- engage across the bank to raise awareness, adapt frameworks and processes, as required
Your team
Based in Zurich, London or Singapore, you will report to the lead of the Digital Assets CoE and be part of the team that executes on our Digital Assets priorities.
Your expertise
- passionate about digital assets, distributed ledger/ blockchain and tokenization
- experienced in leading complex, cross-divisional, global initiatives in the distributed ledger/blockchain space, with a broad network that can be leveraged to engage market participants, regulators and academia
- practical experience in the digital asset space; driving the design and implementation of a real strategic offering for DLT/blockchain related services and tokenization experience highly desired
- strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate the divisions and functions of the Group
- entrepreneurial spirit, high degree of autonomy, client focused and able to manage senior management priorities simultaneously
- strong team player, strategic and analytical thinker
- strong communication skills, including with top management
