As a Crew Learning Quality and Compliance Lead, you will join a team of compliance professionals who are passionate about ensuring that the standard of our safety training equips British Airways crew with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.

You will lead a team of Quality Assurers who oversee the delivery of safety, medical and security training for thousands of flight and cabin crew. Using approved safety monitoring/reporting systems, you will ensure that training is designed and delivered to meet all applicable regulations, aligned with the British Airways Management System and safety culture. You will participate in internal and external audits, investigate non-compliances, and design corrective actions and preventative measures.
