Job description
Duties include:
- Chasing arrears via telephone and email
- Collecting monthly and quarterly charges and invoices
- Liaising with other departments for chasing arrears
- Reconciling accounts and recovering debts
- Coordinating with solicitors, practitioners and bailiffs
- Verifying cardholders and taking payment details
- Other Ad-Hoc tasks and administrative duties
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in a Credit Controller position
- Be self-motivated and possess a can do attitude
- Have excellent and confident communication skills
- Have a good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
