About The Role

We fully support a hybrid working 4 days home 1 day office based.
- Manage a range of calls and emails daily to resolve customer credit and outstanding debtor queries
- Provide overdue reporting and sales and general ledger analysis
- Review new account requests and report accordingly
- Ensure disputed invoices are actioned and chased for resolution; provide customers with copy invoices/credit notes and statements as requested
About You
- Knowledge of credit control with a customer centric approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word and Excel in particular and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Able to work at pace and deal with a high volumes of queries with a good problem solving mindset
- Competitive base salary with an annual performance related bonus which can be up to 3%
