About The Role

We fully support a hybrid working 4 days home 1 day office based.


Working Hours:- 8.45 - 5.30 Mon-Fri (overtime Sunday 3hrs remotely)

Our Credit Control function is a dynamic team of individuals who thrive on giving an excellent service to our customers, making doing business with us an enjoyable experience. This team are integral to the sales cycle and work hard to ensure we work at pace and maintain our trading mentality mindset. To ensure we continue to offer these high levels of service we are seeking an additional Credit Controller. You can expect a varied role with lots of autonomy to make decisions and problem solve. As a Credit Controller working for Nisbets, you can expect to work hard but have fun. We host regular social events and competitions, any excuse to celebrate an occasion and we do! What will I be doing as a Credit Controller?
  • Manage a range of calls and emails daily to resolve customer credit and outstanding debtor queries
  • Provide overdue reporting and sales and general ledger analysis
  • Review new account requests and report accordingly
  • Ensure disputed invoices are actioned and chased for resolution; provide customers with copy invoices/credit notes and statements as requested

About You

What are we looking for in a Credit Controller?
  • Knowledge of credit control with a customer centric approach
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word and Excel in particular and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Able to work at pace and deal with a high volumes of queries with a good problem solving mindset
