Job description
Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced credit controller to join our client in the Glasgow area.
This is a full time permanent position and the hours of work are Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.
You will be working alongside the accounts team ensuring excellent organisation and accuracy is carried out at all times. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced environment and will have previous experience of working within the construction industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Recording supplier invoice queries
- Dealing with incoming calls and emails.
- Manage the credit control process including; invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation.
- Handling and processing subcontractor payments.
- Logging damages where required and processing invoices inline with this.
- All associated administration.
