Job description
We are looking for a well-connected, experienced, self-motivated, and passionate individual to join us as a Creative Agent/Talent booker in London. Representing, Makeup Artists, Hair Stylists, Fashion Stylists, and Manicurists in Manchester and London.
You will be joining the current team to grow and nurture our roster of talent in London.
Hours – 25 – 40 hrs - Flexible
Salary - Basic plus target driven incentives
WFH predominantly
Requirements
- 2+ years agency experience.
- Must have proven experience working directly with clients and talent.
- Strong negotiation skills with a good understanding of rates and usages.
- Strong communication skills, especially when conversing with clients and talents.
- Opportunity and solutions focused with a strong work ethic.
- Proactive in driving and developing new and existing relationships with talent and clients.
- Capable of up selling and thinking out of the box.
- Experienced in contracting, negotiating and invoicing.
- Reviewing briefs.
- A driven, confident, and positive individual who loves new challenges
- An interest and knowledge in Fashion, Beauty, and Photography.
- Excellent Admin and organisational skills.
- Great email manner and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask with both organisational and creative tasks.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
