Job description
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role is responsible for the Creative Services team and accompanying creative asset design and deliverables supporting brand communication via all relevant customer touchpoints.
The purpose of the role is to ensure all creative communication reaching our customers is on brand, has a distinct JoJo personality and tone of voice and is executed to the highest visual standard.
This is both a creative, design led, operational & execution role and the candidate will be required to work interdependently with the Brand Product Director and Marketing Director respectively.
What we look for in you:- Ensuring the delivery of all creative asset output across web, stores, email, social, print, visual identity via photography & videography, retouching and packaging is fully integrated across the multiple touchpoints with one brand
- The leadership and support of the graphics services team, including graphic design, digital design, in-house photography and retouching. Taking responsibility for the overall quality of the work produced.
- Creating and updating the company brand guidelines and style guides, ensuring that they are adhered to across the business.
- Ensuring that an efficient image archiving procedure is followed to allow all company image assets to be securely stored and accessed across the business.
- Working collaboratively with key departments, Marketing, Design & Buying, VM, Ecommerce and Retail Ops to ensure creative and design meets both customer and business needs.
- Keeping the brand identity fresh and moving forwards, generating new creative ideas for omni-channel campaigns.
- Reviewing process, tools & technologies where necessary to ensure the team can work as efficiently as possible.
- Selecting and maintaining the relationships with our external suppliers. Negotiating prices and allocating work to achieve the best service and quality for the business. Along with ensuring the business is guided to make more sustainable choices.

Proven graphic design experience across both digital and traditional graphic design to support all customer channels including (but not limited to) stores, windows, ecommerce, email, social media.- Use of graphic design software packages (In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator) along with demonstrable skill and knowledge base of aspect ratios, file formats across multiple digital channels
- A strong creative vision, with ideation skills, ensuring on brand and balancing creativity with commerciality and an understanding of business objectives.
- Excellent people management skills, with proven experience building and leading a creative team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present creative ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to uphold high standards at all times.
- Understanding of more sustainable substrates, materials and future development and innovation.
