The Headquarters team at Artfarm are situated in either Somerset or London.

The Role

To support the Creative Director in the development and delivery of the creative vision for each new project and provide the link between the creative vision and the operations in a project, to help turn the seed of an idea into reality. The role will also provide support for existing Artfarm restaurants and hotel, working closely with the operations team in developing seasonal concepts, ideas, and specific ad-hoc projects.

  • Support the Creative Director developing project and product concepts.
  • Research to support the development of ideas, maintaining excellent brand quality and guardianship.
  • Produce presentations and design briefs through architecture, interior design, and product sourcing.
  • Coordination of multiple creative projects, at various stages of design and implementation.
  • Research potential products and partners to collaborate with on products for our hotels and restaurants.
  • Support and project manage the development of new products with partners, designers, and suppliers – items range from glassware for a whisky bar to the development of a bespoke Artfarm minibar.
  • Coordination of multiple design agencies and programmes, taking responsibility for design sign offs where appropriate.

About you

  • Naturally curious and collaborative in approach.
  • Highly organised with experience in project management.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite - In Design, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and organise work to tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A natural problem solver and self-starter
  • A keen interest in art, architecture, and design
  • Flexible and self-motivated.
  • Experience working with or in the hospitality or retail sectors.
