Project Manager (Creative Team)

Scope of the Role:

As a project manager your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the delivery of all outputs from our creative team. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist to support the successful conception and execution of projects. Your focus will be on making sure the customer agreement is fulfilled to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand both customer and performance team needs, and develop a clear creative brief to share with the creative team.
  • Work closely with the Creative Strategist to develop solutions and marketing strategies that align with client objectives, from concept development to completion.
  • Support the development of the creative team as a profitable revenue line for Push, and actively support new business and the performance team with up-selling opportunities.
  • Incorporate AI tools, such as Midjourney, into workflows to drive higher efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to aid foster their professional growth.
  • Manage customers' expectations, consistently deliver work on time and comfortable speaking with customers.
  • Provide quality control over design outputs and production and provide final sign-off on creative projects.
  • Oversee all creative timelines and ensure that all work is completed on time, and remain within budget
  • Develop understanding of resource needs for each customer project, source and manage all freelancers where required. Ensuring we remain within budget.
  • Efficiently manage workload and accurately record time.
  • Review team capacity and allocate resources accordingly ensuring that we do not over or under deliver for customers

Requirements:

  • Ideally creative agency experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of online and offline design, brand development, and the creative process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Motivated by working in a changing and flexible environment
  • Experience collaborating with Creative, Product or Marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including trends on TikTok, and the ability to incorporate them into design strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior team members.
