Your New Role:
As our new Creative Designer, you will be responsible for bringing our campaigns to life, predominantly creating digital displays for our; Social Channels, Website & In-Store Screens but also ensuring that our print displays are eye-catching and engaging. You’ll lead on art direction for photo and video shoots for our UK and Ireland businesses, to showcase our much-loved Doughnuts. This role will see you manage projects and work collaboratively with the Senior Design Manager to achieve our brand goals and support the future growth of Krispy Kreme UK & IRE.

What you will do in your new role:
- Work in close partnership with the wider creative team to ideate and create outstanding brand campaigns for new & existing products.
- Pitch new ideas and clearly articulate creative concepts to the wider marketing team to help elevate our brand.
- Work in conjunction with the social team to create innovative and brand enhancing social media content whilst continually exploring new and innovative ways of content creation to maximize impact and reach.
- Thoroughly plan photo & video shoots to achieve both brand and team objectives. Manage and direct to bring the creative vision to life, then edit and manage the post-shoot creative process.
- Closely manage & monitor agency output and support the onboarding of new agencies to help the brand achieve its goals.
What experience do you need:
Ideally you’ll have 4 + years industry experience in a similar role (either inhouse or agency)
- You’ll be highly creative with an extremely sharp eye for detail teamed with a strong understanding of creative fundamentals in digital, branding, packaging and print.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate concepts from scamp to final execution.
- Solid communicator and stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate with multiple business departments and agency management.
- A keen interest in current trends and emerging tech across the design industry.
NB.
- This role will involve ‘hybrid working’ with 1 -2 days per week in our Support Office in Frimley.
