PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ADMIN HEAVY ROLE.
This is a small team where you will be working directly alongside the director.
You will be responsible for all decision making within your allocated role and be in charge of leading parts of the business. This a great role for anyone wanting to get hands on and make a difference in a small company. You will be expected to be able to work from home as well as alongside the director in person 1 - 2 times a week for three hours.
This is a fast paced role where you will be expected to juggle many tasks including but not limited to:
Booking enquiries
Arranging newsletters
Liaising with London's best venues
WordPress Website organisation/editing
Creative tasks (Photoshop)
Video Editing skills
General Admin
Sourcing New Acts
Auditioning Artists
Uploading New Acts to websites
Outsourcing and recruiting freelances
Project management
Managing You Tube and Social Media.
Experience of Social Media Viral Success
You will be expected to work with the director 2 days per week (from midday - 3pm) in London SE1, so will need to be in an easily commutable distance. The rest of work to be done from home so you will need your own laptop.
Part-time hours: 25 per week with option to go full time. It is possible to be self employed or employed as you prefer.
The salary will be reviewed at 3 months once the training is complete.
Interview process, if short listed you will have a telephone interview with the director you will then be invited to a trial week.
Experience:
Video Editing: 1 year (preferred but not essential)
Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
Photoshop: 1 year (required)
Logic Pro (not essential)
Wordpress (not essential)
Mailchimp (not essential)
