Your opportunity
- Perform the activities related to the design, typesetting, graph builds and production of a variety of company marketing materials.
- Ensure marketing materials fully represent brand, meet client needs and are set to the highest standard.
- Be able to solve complex problems, coordinate with management to make judgments and decisions and demonstrate the ability to think logically and critically.
- Need superior time management and organisational skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to strict deadlines and work within budgetary constraints; ability to learn and use online workflow management systems
- Work extensively with clients to understand their needs and objectives, demonstrate the ability to translate their requests into top quality production work, which is produced on-time and within brand guidelines.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Must have skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Nice to have skills
- Experience in a creative and production environment
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related discipline e.g. Graphic Design or equivalent
- Advanced design, layout and production skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in asset management/financial services industry is a plus
