We are looking for someone to join our team specifically focusing on Court of Protection work within the CL Medilaw team. This is fantastically rewarding work that will suit good finance administrators or people with good administration experience in general that are looking to utilise that skill set in a different manner.
The Role and Key Responsibilities
We are now recruiting for new administration / finance assistants to join our growing court of protection teams in various locations.
The variety of tasks involved include:
· Assisting in opening and managing files and filing documents and correspondence
· Inputting data to spreadsheets
· Setting up and arranging payments and transfers
· Invoicing and billing
· Checking bank statements
· Other admin tasks relevant to managing client files and client service
Required Skills and experience
· You will ideally have previous experience of administration and office work (legal experience is not essential)
· Experience in financial administration is an advantage
· A careful and methodical approach to your work is essential together with an ability to work quickly and accurately and to follow appropriate processes and procedures
· Able to work as part of a team to provide a friendly and responsive service
· Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing

Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
