Salary: £26,700 - £34,700
Location: Cambridge, hybrid
Contract: Permanent, full time (35 hours per week)

We are looking for a Course Operations Coordinator, who will be responsible for carrying out vital operational tasks relating to the delivery of our expanding portfolio of online courses, and providing high quality, efficient and effective services to course teams and learners.
About the role
Working within the Cambridge Online Education team, you will manage queries directed to the team with regards to course delivery, proactively resolving issues and helping with the coordination of customer support activities.
You will own the student and tutor enrolment process, ensuring data is consistent between systems and that user on-boarding happens in a timely and efficient manner.
Other duties will also include:
- Organisation and maintenance of an operations calendar, ensuring associated workflows, tasks and processes are planned for and carried out to the expected schedule.
- Acting as a key stakeholder in the management of ongoing improvements related to course user experience by helping to collate, report and analyse learner and tutor feedback data.

About you
You will possess excellent relationship management and communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to express complex and technical ideas in plain English to a variety of audiences.
You will be a proactive individual and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
You will have demonstrable experience in the provision of customer support, particularly in an online environment.
Ideally, you will have experience of administrating virtual learning platforms, e.g., Canvas, Moodle (or the equivalent experience on other web platform administration).
You will also possess the skills to analyse and improve operational workflows.
