Ibis Styles London Gloucester Road is looking for an amazing Breakfast - Guest Service who will support the Breakfast Team to create memorable experiences while our guests are having breakfast.
What will you be doing?
- Offers attentive service and adapts to any constraints guests may have
- Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
- Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition
- Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
- Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment (s)he uses
- Is responsible for keeping the equipment and furniture in good condition
- Ensures that all F&B areas are kept clean and that hygiene and food safety standards are respected
- Make sure all the daily and weekly tasks are met
- Ensure all the paper works are done correctly and on time
- Ensure buffet is fill up as per standard. Food preparation
- Stock control, placing orders
- Previous F&B experience will be a plus
- A creative, can-do attitude, with the ability to think outside of the box.
- A bubbly and sociable personality!

Additional Information
Salary is £12.30 per hour.
