Counter Staff
Good Food Inn Chinese Takeaway is a full-service catering company that offers a variety of menu options and catering services. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and hardworking team members to join our Derby location.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter or exit the restaurant
- Prepare the kitchen to ensure it is clean and sanitary before each service
- Ensure all prep work is completed before starting the kitchen or other tasks
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Report any maintenance concerns to the manager or chef.
- Work cooperatively with other team members and assist when instructed by managers or supervisors.
Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to work at heights up to 50 feet Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, walk for extended periods, and be able to follow instructions Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour
