Job Description
Independent Events are seeking a freelance Costume Maker to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating various costumes for upcoming events on a freelance basis. With the focus being on the upcoming Festive season.
We run Grotto's and events up and down the UK however our team is Newcastle-Upon-Tyne based so a candidate in the North East would be ideal.
The ideal candidate is a creative professional with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years costume making experience
- Designs to suit our theatrical themes
- Good working flexibility
- Being able to follow design brief/guidance provided
- Own studio/equipment
- Great communication to work alongside creative team in bringing the events to life!
All freelance work - Pay rate to be discussed with successful candidate
