We are a rapidly growing business but still small enough that you feel like a member of the Celtic & Co. family – we’d like you to become our newest member!What we can offer:£11.15 per hour - Great rate of pay above the ‘Real Living Wage’.Full Time – 5 shifts per week Monday-Saturday.Sustainable and Ethical fashion brands, Celtic & Co. and Frugi50% staff discount after 1 month’s service across all group brandsA supportive open-minded team environmentFree parkingEmployee Assistance ProgramsTemporary Contract until March 2024, Temp to Perm available.Please note, as this is our busiest time:You must be available to work all dates between 1st October and 31st January.Available to work hours between 8am and 5pm (usual shift is 9am-5pm)Available to work on Saturday between November and ChristmasAccrued holiday paid out at contract end.Key responsibilities include:You will use a mobile handheld device to accurately pick and sort customer orders.You will achieve the daily performance target for the task and work to deadlines.You will work on other tasks when required, such as packing, cleaning the work area.The role will include using step ladders and lifting boxes of stock (up to 15kg)The Candidate:Will have experience performing in a fast-paced environment.Will be friendly and enjoy working as part of a team.Will be computer literate, efficient and accurate with data entry.Will be capable of working individually, unsupervised whilst maintaining work rate.Will be reliable, self-motivated and punctual.Will manage their time well and be able to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy.Should be open to working on a multitude of warehouse tasks when required.Will have a base level of fitness as the role is active.Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.The more diversity we have in our team, the more unique perspectives and bright ideas we share.
