Role: Business Customer Service Representative
Where: Darlington
Full Time: Permanent
Salary: £24,000 annual
Business Operations is responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of service performance at all points of customer contact. The Business Customer Service Representative will achieve targets whilst ensuring a ‘Wow’ customer experience.
Your responsibilities are to deliver excellence in customer service through direct interaction with business customers throughout their lifecycle by responding to customer enquiries in a timely professional manner and through proactive contact and customer management. You will achieve quality and activity targets which contribute to the overall achievement of customer and business key performance indicators.
Respond to incoming customer calls and emails
Conduct pro-active calls and call backs
Complete customer requests for new/additional services
Demonstrate ownership
Achieve personal targets
Understand and interpret customer contracts into day to day processes
Utilise customer and internal reporting data
Engage with stakeholders when requested
Send appropriate correspondence
Attend or lead customer meetings as requested
Assisting with any other key tasks as requested
Knowledge of Everything Everywhere products, services, tariffs, processes and business rules
Computer literacy and previous use of contact centre technology
Excellent communication skills
Specialist knowledge in specific areas such as technical, billing, contract, processes preferred
Experience within business customer operations.
Experience of customer service in a B2B contact centre environment.
A good understanding of the enabling infrastructure (systems, people and processes) essential to business customer operations.
