Role Overview: As a Corporate Security Officer, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our clients' assets, employees, and visitors. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through proactive surveillance, patrolling, access control, and emergency response management. Your exceptional communication skills will be crucial in effectively liaising with stakeholders and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Weekends, Days/Nights

Salary: TBC but above NMW Zero Hour Contract

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday Days/Nights
  • Weekend availability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect any suspicious activities.
  • Respond promptly to any security breaches or alarms.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and any other relevant information.
  • Manage access control systems, verifying the identification of individuals and ensuring only authorised personnel enter the premises.
  • Collaborate with emergency services when required and provide necessary support during incidents or evacuations.
  • Implementing security protocols and daily DOB usage.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming environment by delivering outstanding customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a corporate security role or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • A high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting heavy objects.
  • SIA Door Supervision Licence
