Administrator

Salary: Competitive, plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8:00am - 16:00pm

Location: Dewsbury, WF12 9ED

What you'll be doing;

  • Resolving invoicing queries
  • Providing administrative support
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders
  • Supporting the workshop with parts stock
  • Inputting all the job card data from the technicians on to the fleet system so the depots get charged correctly.
  • Providing additional assistance in other areas when required
  • File service sheets accordingly so we stay compliant

What we're looking for;

  • Good IT / Computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous Administration Experience
  • Fleet admin experience would be beneficial
