Stafford House Study Holidays have a great opportunity to become part of our admin team, supporting our academic programme, within our fun and vibrant summer school.
This is a full-time contract position, that would suit a junior administrator who is able to demonstrate their ability to prepare and support the day-to-day running of our school.
We’re based just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Canterbury, easily reached by public transport.
Here’s some of what’s involved:
- Working Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week)
- Collecting all registers and inputting attendance data onto the in-house database.
- Responsible for marking tests and inputting the results onto the database.
- Preparing student ID badges ready for arrival day, updating notice boards and communications in the school
- Photocopying, Data entry, Running reports & filing.

Some of what you’ll need:
- Be available from 26th June – 4thAugust 2023
- You’ll need to have excellent customer service skills; this is a very busy school with lots of students.
- You must have some experience of administration; this could be related to university or similar.
- Good IT skills, be organised, professional and being able to adapt to change.
- Friendly and professional communication skills are vital.
- Be willing to undertake our pre-employment checks, including an Enhanced DBS with Criminal records check
