HFD Group have an exciting opportunity for Corporate Security Personnel to join our established and growing Concierge team.

The successful candidate will carry out Concierge/Corporate Security functions, working alongside reception personnel delivering first class customer service liaison and excellent building security services.
The concierge will be required to conduct reception duties including operation of the visitor management system, access control, CCTV and assist the building manager with tasks such as fire alarm isolation, testing & evacuation procedure.
The team onsite will take a personal dedicated approach to the operation of the building focusing on the occupier/visitor experience & wellbeing, health & safety, delivering enhanced security.
You will have:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge and develop professional relationships.
- Excellent Guest Relation Services as well as contractor liaison in conjunction with the Building Manager requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal which allow for clear briefings, handover details, specifications, and instructions.
- Flexibility and willingness to work hours that complement the operational requirements of the company and have a proactive attitude.
- A professional, disciplined, and responsible attitude to work, with the ability to prioritise and handle tasks in an efficient manner.
- Experience in security systems.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Protection of property
- Prevention of loss, waste, and damage
- Monitoring and responding to safety risks.
- Prevention and detection of crime
- Being responsible for the safety and security of customers, clients, and staff
- Incident report writing
- Maintaining outstanding customer service levels
- CCTV Monitoring
Minimum skills required include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and computer literacy
- A reasonable level of physical fitness
- A confident manner and the ability to handle confrontation when necessary.
- Flexible, willing to adapt to new tasks and duties with a positive attitude.
- Valid SIA Manned Guarding Licence
- A valid CCTV SIA Licence is an advantage.

Work pattern: A rotating shift pattern including days, evenings, and weekends. Minimum 48 hours per week Maximum 60hours per week.
