Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for recruiting top talent across all departments of the organization. This role requires a self-starter who is passionate about people and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilites
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and identify key competencies for each position
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with the HR team to create and deliver effective onboarding programs
- Provide data-driven insights to help drive hiring decisions and improve the recruiting process
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and candidates
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Experience
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g.Stack Overflow and Github)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) (Bamboo )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
