Blancco’s global HR team is excited to be searching for its very first Talent Acquisition Manager, reporting directly to the SVP of Human Resources. This position will play a critical role in attracting top talent to the business globally, a fantastic opportunity to have a significant impact. You will work with our teams globally to successfully deliver on our hiring plans across the UK, Europe, APAC and America.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop a Global Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with company goals
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers globally to develop a cohesive approach to hiring
- Evaluate, streamline and improve current recruitment processes where appropriate
- Promote and champion a direct sourcing model by acting as a headhunter for Blancco, proactively sourcing candidates via a speculative approach
- Build a diverse talent pool and talent pipeline of global candidates, ensuring alignment with our Diversity and Inclusion strategic priorities
- Ensure a positive experience for all candidates from start to finish, constantly improving their recruitment journey
- Develop recruitment analytics and provide insights to the HR team
- Provide advice, support and training in the delivery of competency-based interview and assessment methodologies for high performance recruitment practices
- Work closely with our Learning and Development manager for successful onboarding on new joiners
Essential skills and experience
- Successful track record of creative, innovative and progressive approaches to talent acquisition in a global technology environment
- Proven success building credibility with key stakeholders
- Good understanding and experience of the global technology talent market
- Previous in-house recruitment experience managing the entire end to end process
- Good time management with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player with high emotional intelligence
- Proactive and growth mindset to contribute to the growth and success of the business
