As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting exceptional candidates to join our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Internal Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques, with a track record of identifying top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and driving organizational success through talent acquisition.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
