Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Company. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.
We are looking to employ an experienced Receptionist for a permanent role working between 8:00am and 6:00pm 40 hours a week at an annual salary of between £28,000 and £30,000.
As an Anabas Corporate Receptionist you will provide an exceptional client experience at our client site, which is a new office fitted to an exceptional standard in the Barts Square area of Central London. A high standard of service delivery and flexibility is expected.
You will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting client staff, visitors and contractors in a professional, polite and courteous manner.
- Answering switchboard calls,
- Communicating messages to client stakeholders promptly and accurately.
You will also be responsible for conducting regular floor walks ensuring that all faults, issues and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. In addition, you will assist with the hospitality function when required, including setting up and clearing the meeting rooms and serving refreshments.
