This is a full time position (Monday-Friday 0800-1600. Expected to cover a late shift on a rota basis 1030-1830hrs)

The main purpose of the role is: To provide intelligence support including functions such as: Police National Computer (PNC), Police National Database (PND), Prison Intelligence System (PINS), Briefing and Tasking Dashboard (STEPS), Wanted Persons/Prison Recalls and Bail Process.
To act as single point of contact for Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), National Border Targeting Centre (NBTC) and Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) Enquiries.
Electronic Monitoring Systems (EMS) breach process.
To update, maintain, operate and interrogate National, Force and local computer systems.
This role is commutable from Kidderminster, Birmingham, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford, Malvern, Ledbury, Evesham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Bewdley, Droitwich Spa and Pershore and is just off junction 6 of the M5.
This role is predominantly office based due to resources. Once probation and full training has been completed, then there is some flexibility to work from home on an infrequent basis.
