Our client is an established investment firm looking to hire a Receptionist to join their team in London. WHAT YOU WILL DO
This will be a busy role where you will be the first point of contact for all employees and visitors of the building. You will take on varied roles across the reception area ensuring company standards are adhered to.
- Control a busy switchboard
- Meet and greet guests, notifying relevant employees of their arrival
- Coordinate meeting room bookings
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and presentable and that all equipment is working properly
- Coordinate deliveries and visits from contractors
- Manage and order office supplies
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Organise catering for meetings and events
WHO YOU ARE
This Receptionist role requires someone who is organised, proactive, and personable. You must be able to multitask and prioritise your tasks as necessary.
- Experience in a client-facing role or customer service role
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional environment
- Acute attention to detail
- A team player who can also use their own initiative
- A great communicator
