Tasks
Day-to-day responsibilities as agreed with your Line Manager to include:
– receive regular tasks when agreed in a training program, to understand the general activities of the administration team and deliver administration services to the company.
– provide general administrative activities to the company including filing, data entry, typing and managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements/company, and assisting with general reception and telephone duties
– reporting (content and format as agreed) monthly as agreed
– You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your manager.
– receive training so that you can ensure compliance to agreed codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety
– maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
– immediately report anomalies
– meet your targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole
– responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
– adhere to all company policies and procedures
– interact and cooperate with members of the company and its suppliers and clients/customers of the company and its suppliers and clients/customers

From time to time, you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.
Requirements
– English, French and any local language spoken in your country
– Students or graduates in Business Administration and Finance or related field
– Must have had 6-12 months internships in another financial institution (Banks or Investments firm)
– an initial understanding of administration and the office environment generally
– high integrity and honesty in all dealings
– Hands-on mentality
– good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
– Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
– Outstanding communication skills
– Strong attention to detail
This is a trainee position, and you will be provided with regular training and updates as necessary for the knowledge, technical skills and qualifications that are necessary to perform your job role to comply with the requirements of the organization and any applicable rules, regulations (particularly of any professional body) and with any law which applies to your job role.
The full training program will be agreed upon with you, and it is a condition of your role that you adhere to this training program.

benefits, and periodic review for incentive pay based on organizational
and personal achievement. The full package will be based on education
and experience and will be commensurate with other social impact
investment organisations.
You do not need to travel at the moment. We are fair and interview candidates remotely.
