Job description
Array Aesthetics, Aesthetics Awards Best Clinic Ireland 2023, are currently looking for a full time Clinic Coordinator to join our expanding team at our beautiful new clinic on the Lisburn Road. Array Aesthetics is a Doctor-led advanced aesthetics clinic dedicated to our patients, their safety & wellbeing. Working to bring patients the highest level of safety, excellence & optimisation of outcomes. We also operate a training academy for medical professionals - Array Academy.
Requirements
- Flexibility - hours include evenings & weekends on a rotating basis (alternating weekends off)
- Reliable with ability to work as part of a team & off own initiative
- Excellent communication & people skills both verbal & written
- Front of house experience desirable
- Fast learner with strong work ethic
- Passion for aesthetics & skin
- Great organisational skills
- Ability for problem solving & prioritising tasks
- Sales ability
