Exciting opportunity for a dynamic corporate receptionist based in Slough!
Role consists of managing every element of the Front of House of the building, including but not limited to the below:
-5* customer service, welcoming visitors to the building
-Full ownership of the Reception area
-Being first point of contact for tenants and visitors alike
-Tenant support, pre-booking visitors
-Onboarding new tenants to the building
-Liaising with different service providers within the building
-Supporting with floor viewings and marketing events
-Social platform engagement management
-Admin support to Building Management whenever needed
-Managing stationery stock levels
-Providing assistance to on-site coffee shop staff whenever needed
The ideal candidate must:
-Be able to provide outstanding customer service
-Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and creative
-Be able to work on their own when needed
-Have excellent communication skills
-Have exceptional attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
