Hours - Monday – Friday, 08:30-17:30 with an paid 1 hour lunch break, 45 hours per week

Salary - £13.50 per hour, £31,590 annually (going up in October 2023 to £13.99 per hour, £32,736.60 annually)

Daily Duties include:
Meeting and greeting visitors/tenants/contractors
Phone enquiries
Administrative duties i.e. using excel/outlook
Receiving post and delivering to tenants (not heavy packages)
Logging/creating new access control cards
Accident/incident reporting to LSH
Keeping LSH updated at all times

Individual requirements:
Experience as a receptionist or in customer service
Professional presented, self-confident and courteous at all times
Good health and safety knowledge & sense of work ethic
Understands the importance of, and has great, attention to detail
Good intermediate computer literacy
Good oral and written English with the ability to communicate at all levels
Able to remain calm and effectively manage and respond to difficult people or situations
