Job description
Our company is seeking a Virtual Assistant to work from home running all of our social media accounts to a high standard, building brand awareness and website maintenance including in depth SEO. The Virtual Assistant will also be responsible for graphic design projects, content creation, book keeping and PA tasks to keep the companies running smoothly . We work under an umbrella company including 3 companies so organisation is key. This is a part-time position with consultations with the employer weekly, requiring that the candidate have excellent communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative, be productive and become an asset to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Social media management
- Build brand awareness
- Graphic design
- Website maintenance & SEO
- Book keeping with monthly reports
- Content creation including some filming in clinic
- General PA tasks
This role is predominately remote with occasional in house days. Working days will be Monday - Friday, hours to be negotiated and confirmed on the interview but will be happy to be flexible to suit the ideal candidate.
