Role Overview
Would you like the chance to work at one of our modern and pristine locations in London? If so this could be the role for you as you will be representing us at our upscale site.
You will work in an established reception and concierge service and you believe first impressions count and you take great pride in being known for your attention to details and service excellence. Your vision is to create a reception/concierge service that’s unique, bespoke and tailored to our clients’ requirements with a focus on superb customer service.
We are looking for someone that want to join our fast growing team, believes in great customer service and is committed to delivering the high level of performance Reception UK are known for.
We require an exceptional Corporate Receptionist to cover the lunch break of some of our prestigious sites in Camden and Moorgate. You will start in Camden for the first site and then travel to Moorgate for the other two sites, so this role does require you to travel between these sites (a short tube journey from Camden to Moorgate, then walking between sites). You must be available Monday to Friday for this role. You will be expected to work with the onsite teams to ensure an effortless and efficient running of the front of house services. Presenting and providing the best in class customer service and front of house management skills. Professionalism is key!
Daily Duties include:
Building management elements
Meet and greet all visitors, tenants, clients and personnel
Directing all visitors to correct floors
Ensure the reception desk runs effectively
Actions and responds to email instructions
Receiving calls and directing calls to correct destination
Reporting any faults to the correct parties and management as necessary
Liaising with the on-site security team where appropriate
Dealing with a variety of requests or queries throughout the day in good time
Individual requirements:
Hours offered must suit the candidate as there is not much scope for regular overtime
Professional presented, self-confident and smartly dressed at all times
Understands the importance of, and has great, attention to detail
Good intermediate computer literacy
Good oral and written English with the ability to communicate at all levels
Able to remain calm and effectively manage and respond to difficult people or situations
