About this position:
The accounting clerk will be involved in multiple facets of our accounting team with a heavy emphasis on daily accounts receivable payment posting and managing/maintaining our rewards program system. This position is critical to our organization as the successful candidate will be responsible for incoming payments, accurate and timely posting, and customer service to both our charge account customers and our rewards customers. This position will also perform back-up roles within the accounting team as well as other office and accounting tasks.
You will be responsible for:
- Representing the company in a positive manner while promoting and exhibiting superior customer service to both internal and external customers
- Daily deposits and posting of incoming payment for our charge accounts.
- Managing, maintaining and data base maintenance activities for our rewards program customers Monthly charge account statements
- Other accounting and office tasks as directed
- Embodying the company values and put customers first

Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years general accounting and accounts receivable experience
Wages:
- $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr depending on experience
