Job Description:
The role sits within CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management), Administration, Rights & Entitlements Technology group, which forms part of LSEG’s Shared Technology division. Working within an Agile Delivery Framework, the successful individual will be responsible for supporting the Entitlements Platform and assisting in the delivery of strategic initiatives through accurately translating business requirements, into data and technical requirements, which can be delivered effectively by an Agile scrum team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, along with creating supporting documentation in Confluence
• Own and maintain user story backlog in JIRA, prioritizing where required • Collaborate and build relationships with Scrum Teams, Developers, Product Managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Actively look to resolve, mitigate, escalate, and share risks and issues in a timely manner and set and manage stakeholder expectations accordingly
• Responsible for providing regular updates to stakeholders and team members • Attend daily stand-up and refinement sessions and respond to queries promptly
Key Skills & Behaviours:
  • Good working experience with Agile and Scrum, with experience of performing business analysis activities in a scalable Agile environment.
  • Ability to liaise with technical leads, development, and functional testing stakeholders, to ensure the business need and related requirements are well understood.
  • Strong ‘soft’ skills with the ability to communicate requirements in a clear, accurate, concise, engaging and thorough manner to stakeholders across the board
  • Experience in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines without compromising quality
