We are currently looking for a motivated, proactive and energetic Paralegal to join our Corporate team in Leicester.

Howes Percival’s Corporate team specialise in advising a range of clients including owner managed businesses, management teams and investors on different corporate transactions including company sales and acquisitions, reorganisations and management buy-outs and buy-ins.

This is a great opportunity to develop your legal skills and knowledge within an experienced and mutually supportive team. The candidate that shows potential will be considered for the apprenticeship programme, with a view to qualifying as a solicitor.

You will be supporting the team to progress corporate transactions and this may involve drafting correspondence and documents, completing legal research and attending clients.

We are looking for you to have the following skills:

• Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administration skills and real attention to detail
• A people person who is approachable and works well as part of a team
• Results focused
• A willingness to learn and develop your corporate expertise
