The on target earning potential for this role is £25,301 / annual salary - comprising a base salary of £21,801, plus a qualified estimate of £3,500 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
You’ll be responsible for the day to day care and wellbeing of our team of stunning Harris Hawks, Falcons and Eagles; cleaning the hawk housing facilities will be an essential part of your role
Passionate about animals and working outdoors, you’ll be trained in all aspects of the falconry school and kennels operations
Delivering lessons in Junior Off Road Driving, Ferret Handling, Gundog displays, Birds of prey, you’ll be playing a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests
Leading hunting experiences off site at local estates with our guests and members, you’ll also be working with our gundogs onsite, displaying their fantastic range of skills
Providing off-road driving instruction, always to the highest standard, ensuring the safety of our guests at all times
Assisting with the care and cleanliness of our off-road vehicles
Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way Enthusiastic and eager learn
The kind of person we're looking for:
Ideally, you have experience in a similar, guest facing role, however full training will be provided, essentially you have a fantastic attitude and positive approach
Naturally outgoing, you love to talk with guests and clients; sharing your knowledge, answering their questions and professionally dealing with, and resolving, any concerns
Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
