Corporate FX Sales
London
This role is deemed as a Certified role under the PRA & UK Financial Conduct Authority - Individual Accountabilities Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
As a Barclays Corporate FX Sales Associate, you will be building excellent working relationships with key stakeholders in businesses at Financial Director and Managing Director level. You will provide comprehensive insight of FX markets verbally and in written communication to clients. Your key goal will be to design and deliver a strategy to ensure retention and growth of market share in your assigned portfolio or region.

- Developing relationships with key stakeholders to present strategic direction of the FX proposition
- Using extensive knowledge of FX markets and external providers to lead wallet share and FX turnover through colleague engagement
- Delivering exceptional customer service and become a trusted partner to clients in assiting their FX needs
- Negotiating FX pricing in line with our Pricing Framework whilst also considering the delivery channel and wider commercial implications to the Group
- Analysing of the client’s business and trading patterns to identify solutions for new FX needs or increase wallet share
- Leading the end to end sales process from initial contact to post-sales support
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent accuracy whilst working quickly under pressure in high-risk market environments
- A knowledge of the impact of the economic environment to clients’ business, and ability to rapidly grow their knowledge
- Highly numerate and financially literate
- Interest in Financial Markets and Economics
