About the role:
Sook is seeking a Copywriter. We’re looking for a Storyteller with a collaborative spirit and an appetite to make a visible difference in the quality of our written content. You’ll be a key part of our marketing team, in a rapidly growing organisation,with plenty of opportunities for professional and personal development.
This role will be full-time (5 days per week)/ we are happy to consider flexible working/ condensed working/ part time.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:
Writing within the brand style guide – we’ll ask for your input on this as we grow and evolve, so be ready with ideas and suggestions.
Creating compelling content that informs, engages and converts.
Creating compelling case studies of our customers.
Crafting compelling website copy, adverts, guides, ebooks, blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, and articles that inspire engagement and promote Sook.
Owning copywriting for marketing collateral and customer communications (email newsletters to multiple stakeholders, for example).
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 12 months experience as a copywriter or in a similar role.
Ability to digest information and translate it into engaging and relevant content.
A writer that connects the dots with storytelling for targeted audiences and influences people’s behaviour through persuasive writing with the primary goal of sales conversion.
Samples of your work showcasing excellent copy skills; urls, portfolio, published work – let us have it all
What Will Put You Ahead
Solid understanding of SEO research and ranking factors for content creation.
Familiarity with writing for a B2B audience.
A proven track record of growing and engaging communities with content.
Ability to articulate complex ideas into understandable and compelling copy.
A love of brand marketing. We are B2B and our primary audience are marketers, so an interest in marketing and brand as subjects will really set you apart.
