The Role
We are recruiting a copywriter to join our expanding marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director the role involves creating and overseeing all written content, working closely with the campaign team primarily and the wider business and marketing teams to generate compelling, thoughtful and relevant copy. You will be a brand guardian, constantly providing expert advice on messaging and tone of voice. Your copywriting will be present across all multichannel campaigns, so you’ll be responsible for copywriting innovation and bringing fresh thinking to the table.
The right candidate needs to be comfortable with both shorter, creative copy and long form. You will have extensive B2B experience, with an ability to translate potentially complex material and acronyms to creative and thought compelling content.
What do I need?
- BA (Hons) Business or Marketing degree and/or CIM qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience working within a B2B marketing team with excellent written and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ideally experience in the telecoms of technology sector but not essential
- Proven experience delivering excellent communications
- Ability to use reporting and analytics to suggest new messaging.
- IT skills including; PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
